I live on the Kalgan River where my husband and I raised our two children. When my girls were both at school I returned to my career as a Secondary Teacher. Originally I graduated from the University of WA as a Physical Education Teacher, but retrained as a Teacher/Librarian and still enjoy working in this profession.

Within this position I have fulfilled many different roles in the past 25 years and working with children and their families has given me a thorough understanding of people, their joys and their hardships.

I have a large garden that includes formal ornamentals and natives, fruit trees and vegetables, and my few sheep and chooks.

I find celebrancy a very enjoyable and meaningful way of working with people - that of helping to celebrate significant occasions.
